Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our Dayforce HCM implementation project. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful rollout of the system across the company by coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project resources, including budget and staffing.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and senior management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on HRIS implementations.
• Proven experience with Dayforce, Paylocity, or other HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
