WHO WE ARE: The West Side Community Land Trust (WSCLT), a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, has a mission of creating permanently affordable housing with community-centered development in west Charlotte and beyond- ultimately producing staying power for low income residents in the face of rapid reinvestment and displacement. We were founded by area residents and as a membership organization, we are governed by an elected board with majority control given to those most proximate to the challenges
we are combating.

The Business Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the executive director and coordinating the organization’s operational processes while ensuring mission-aligned, efficient, and effective business continuity. The Business Manager will collaborate with leadership team members, manage volunteers, and complete other duties as assigned, and will report directly to the executive director.
